File Structure and CHMOD values
Below is a table showing the file structure and recommended CHMOD values for the file (and in the case of directories, the CHMOD
values for the contents of the directories).
The CHMOD values are not needed for Windows based servers and can be safely ignored. The CHMOD
values may vary from system to system, if in doubt, CHMOD everything to 0777.
Most systems will not need to CHMOD everything to install successfully,
use the table below to determine what needs CHMOD'ding for installation, and what can be left until later.
